The Nordic Flagship

Half a day in Stockholm with the people who own growth, CRM and lifecycle programmes across the Nordics. Keynotes, customer stories told by the customers including the parts that went wrong, and breaks long enough that the conversations actually happen.

Why this session

The useful part of most events is the twenty minutes when nobody is presenting

Which is awkward to build a programme around, so most events do the opposite and fill every minute. We have gone the other way: fewer sessions, longer breaks, and a room capped so the people in it can find each other.

During this session, we will:

  • Run four sessions across the afternoon, not twelve, and leave everything else as deliberately unstructured time.
  • Put one customer story on stage, told by the customer, with the parts that did not work left in.
  • Build sixty minutes of break and networking into a four-hour afternoon, on purpose.

The hour

What we will actually do

12:30

Arrival and lunch

Doors open, food, and the first hour of conversation before anyone speaks from the front.

13:30

Avalerion keynote: where Nordic lifecycle marketing actually stands

What we see across Nordic programmes, and the pattern that repeats in almost all of them.

14:15

Customer.io keynote

Where the product is going, and what that means for teams building on it now.

15:00

Customer stories

Told by the companies themselves. What they built, what it cost them to learn, and what they would do differently.

15:45

Partnership spotlight

What Avalerion and Customer.io actually do together, concretely, and when it is worth involving either of us.

16:30

Drinks and networking

Until 17:30. The reason the room is capped.

Before you ask

Questions

Where exactly is it?

Central Stockholm. We are finalising the venue and will send the address, the nearest T-bana and what to do at the door to everyone who registers, at least a week beforehand.

Does it cost anything?

No. Lunch and drinks are included. The only thing we ask is that you come if you register, because the room is capped.

Will it be recorded?

The keynotes are. The customer stories and the roundtable are not, which is why people are willing to be candid in them.

What language is it in?

English.

Can I bring a colleague?

Yes, and it often works well when the two of you own different parts of the same problem. Ask them to register separately so we have their dietary requirements.

What if I have to cancel?

Reply to your confirmation email and we will release your place to the waiting list. No awkwardness, and it genuinely helps.
