We read every registration and come back within one working day, either confirming your place or telling you where you stand on the waiting list.
This is not a seat yet. Do not book travel until the seat confirmation arrives. If the room was already full when you registered, we will tell you plainly rather than leaving you guessing.

Confirming we have your registration. If it has not arrived within ten minutes, check spam and promotions, and add s.pelaez@avalerions.com to your contacts.
We review, within one working day
Two of us walk the room, so it only works at around 25 people. If you wrote a line about what you want to build, we read it and use it to shape the build blocks.
If your seat is confirmed
You get the venue, the calendar invite, and about ten minutes of setup to do beforehand so you start building at 12:50 instead of resetting a password.
In the meantime
One thing worth doing before the 8th
Whether or not you get a seat, this takes an afternoon and it is the exercise the session is built around.
Take the flow you most want to build. Write down the three attributes it absolutely depends on. For each one, find out what percentage of your contacts have it populated, and how recently. Under about 70% on any of them and the flow will underperform in a way that looks like a copy problem and is not.
Bring the answer with you. It makes the build blocks considerably more useful.

Know someone who should be in the room?
Seats are limited, so this is a genuine favour rather than a broadcast. Registration closes when the room fills.
