Build it. Don’t watch someone else build it.
Half a day in Stockholm with your laptop open. You build a real lifecycle flow in Customer.io, guided by our team and theirs, and you leave with it working in your own environment. Not a demo, not a panel.

Why this session
Guided means guided, so the room has to be small
Two of us will be walking the room for most of the morning. That works at 25 people and stops working at 60. The questions on the form are the ones we need in order to pitch the session at the right level, not a qualification gate for its own sake.
During this session, we will:
- Run two guided build blocks, so you are working rather than watching for most of the morning.
- Leave you with one working lifecycle flow in your own environment, not in a shared demo account.
- Come back within three business days of your application, either confirming your seat or telling you where you stand.
The hour
What we will actually do
Breakfast and login check
The single most useful half hour. We make sure everyone’s access works before the building starts, so nobody loses the first block to a password reset.
Framing
Twenty minutes on what a working lifecycle flow actually looks like, and the decisions that make the difference.
Build block one, guided
You build. We walk the room. Stop us as often as you need to.
Break
Coffee, and the conversations that come out of having just tried something.
Build block two, guided
Branching, timing and the parts people usually get wrong the first time.
Show and tell
Two or three people demo what they built. Optional, and worth volunteering for.
From sandbox to production
What changes when it meets your real data and your real team, and how to sequence it.
Lunch and 1:1s
Stay if you can. This is where the specific questions about your own setup get answered properly.
Platform featured
The series is built on Customer.io. Every flow shown in these sessions is built in the product, on real data, so what you see is what you would ship.
Before you ask
Questions
Why is it by application?
Because two of us walk the room and that only works at around 25 people. The questions also tell us what to prepare, so the build blocks match what the room actually needs.
What happens after I apply?
You get an email confirming we have your application. We come back within three business days either confirming your seat, with the venue and the setup instructions, or telling you that you are on the waitlist.
Do I need to already use Customer.io?
No. Roughly half the room is usually evaluating it. Answer the tool question honestly; we prepare differently for people starting from nothing.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop and its charger. We send access to a working environment and about ten minutes of setup a few days beforehand, so you start building at 09:30 rather than troubleshooting logins.
Does it cost anything?
No. Breakfast and lunch are included.
Is this a sales pitch?
It is a working session with a lunch afterwards where you can talk to us if you want to. Nobody is obliged to stay for lunch, and plenty of people do not.
